Payment Policy

At Excelsior Consultancy, we are committed to maintaining a transparent and efficient payment structure to ensure seamless collaboration with our clients.

1. Package Purchase & Payment Terms

Clients must purchase a package upfront before any work begins.
Payments are billed monthly and must be settled prior to service commencement.

Accepted Payment Methods:
Bank deposit via Wise
PayPal

2. Work Commencement & Hour Tracking

Services begin only after payment confirmation.
Work adheres to the hour allocation in the selected package.
Time is tracked using Google Sheets or Excel.
Clients receive weekly reports and detailed time logs for full transparency.
Regular updates on hours used will be provided throughout the month.

3. Additional Hours & Add-Ons

Additional hours beyond the package can be purchased at $15/hour.
These excess hours are tracked and billed at the end of the billing cycle.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds: Packages are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Cancellations:
Clients may cancel services with a 30-day written notice.
Unused hours in the current month will not carry forward.
