Payment Policy

At Excelsior Consultancy, we are committed to maintaining a transparent and efficient payment structure to ensure seamless collaboration with our clients.

1. Package Purchase & Payment Terms

  • Clients must purchase a package upfront before any work begins.
  • Payments are billed monthly and must be settled prior to service commencement.
  • Accepted Payment Methods:
  • Bank deposit via Wise
  • PayPal

2. Work Commencement & Hour Tracking

  • Services begin only after payment confirmation.
  • Work adheres to the hour allocation in the selected package.
  • Time is tracked using Google Sheets or Excel.
  • Clients receive weekly reports and detailed time logs for full transparency.
  • Regular updates on hours used will be provided throughout the month.

3. Additional Hours & Add-Ons

  • Additional hours beyond the package can be purchased at $15/hour.
  • These excess hours are tracked and billed at the end of the billing cycle.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Refunds: Packages are non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • Cancellations:
  • Clients may cancel services with a 30-day written notice.
  • Unused hours in the current month will not carry forward.
